The eviction process is divided into 5 steps all steps must be pre-paid and all step are billed independent of one another.

  • Months’ rent has not been paid
  • Does the tenant receive government subsidized rent?
  • Have you received a judgement for this tenant with in last 12 months?
  • Is the tenant a member of the military service?
