We provide our tenants with multiple ways of paying rent. Computer savvy tenants can pay their rent online, provide an email transfer, or they can pay through bank transfer. For those tenants who are not so computer savvy, they can always come to our office to drop off rent, or they can pay at any Wells Fargo or Bank of America branch.

Maintenance and Repairs

We have an in-house maintenance team that can respond to any service call or tenant need. That might be anything from a leaky faucet to a lack of heat in the house. Our maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day in case any emergencies occur.
